To process a return of a gift certificate, you must:
- Fill out an application for a refund with the obligatory indication of the reason for the return. An application for a refund can be submitted by the person (buyer) who directly purchased the gift certificate;
- Prepare photocopies of the main pages of the passport, a copy of the receipt confirming the purchase of the gift certificate. In case of payment for the gift certificate by bank card, the application must also indicate the details of the bank card from which the payment for the purchase of the gift certificate was made.
When purchasing on the website, the above documents must be left in any store of the network at the addresses indicated on the Contacts page, and when purchasing in a store, the documents must be submitted only to the store where the gift certificate was purchased. The set of documents for a refund is considered within 10 days from the date of receipt of the application for a refund by the company. The refund is made in the same way in which the purchase of the gift certificate was made. A refund for a gift certificate can only be made if it has not been activated, i.e. it has not been used in whole or in part before the refund request is submitted.
