If your form of payment is a subscription, you MUST have this payment document with you when visiting the salon. It must be given to the administrator BEFORE the start of the program. In the absence of a subscription, you may be denied the service!

When purchasing an abonement on the website, the abonement is issued to the buyer; to change the owner of the abonement, you must write an application in the salon or contact the contact center to resolve this issue.

Abonement do not apply to the purchase of gift certificates, deposits and cosmetics.

With an abonement, the cost of the service is calculated taking into account the discount specified in the abonement conditions for services lasting 60 minutes or more from the base cost specified in the salon price list on the day of the service, and for services lasting less than 60 minutes, a fixed discount of 10% is provided for all abonements
With an abonement, a 20% DISCOUNT is provided on programs from the Professional Facial Care direction, body care programs from Russian masters, Eclado and Nanoasia facial care programs, nail services, treatments from Anne Semonin, etc., the discount does not apply to visiting the thermal zone without visiting the salon services.
The discount cannot be combined with other current promotions and offers

The abonement is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the abonement itself.

Refunds of services and funds for an abonement after the expiration date are not made.
